Parts Manager
Black Sheep Heavy Duty is a small, family-run shop that specializes in keeping heavy equipment running strong. We’re looking for a Parts Manager to join our tight-knit crew and take full ownership of our parts department.
We are a growing company. Currently though, this is a one-person department—you’ll be managing inventory, ordering, shipping, and receiving. If you like autonomy, organization, and getting your hands a little dirty, you’ll feel right at home here.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Manage and track inventory levels for parts and supplies
- Source and order parts from vendors in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
- Package and ship parts as needed
- Coordinate with our service team to ensure the right parts are on hand
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and team members
🛠️ Bonus Points For:
- Experience in a service role or mechanical background
- Familiarity with heavy equipment or diesel parts
- Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle tasks independently

Service Manager
Black Sheep Heavy Duty is a growing, family-run heavy equipment repair shop with a reputation for quality work and no-BS service. We’re looking for a Service Manager who can keep the wheels turning—literally and figuratively.
This is a key leadership role in a fast-paced shop with a lot of moving parts. You’ll be the bridge between customers, technicians, and our parts department, making sure jobs are scheduled, communicated, and completed on time and on spec.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing daily operations of the service department
- Scheduling and dispatching repairs and maintenance jobs
- Communicating clearly with customers about timelines, costs, and updates
- Coordinating with the Parts Manager to ensure jobs have what they need
- Tracking work orders, progress, and technician productivity
- Troubleshooting roadblocks and keeping things moving efficiently
- Supporting technicians and leading with a solutions-first mindset
