Brian brings over 28 years of heavy-duty experience. Stacey over 15 years of administration. Black Sheep Heavy Duty is a name you can trust.
Dillon Tindal joined our team in October of 2021. Dillon is local to the Trochu area. Dillon runs our Peterbilt. He is a Journeyman Heavy Duty Ag Technician with over 8 years experience and has become an invaluable member of our team. In 2022, Dillon had the opportunity to complete a contract job in Terrace, BC that greatly added to his forestry and construction skill set. Dillon brings educational and personal experience to the table.
Ryley Mappin started his Black Sheep journey in June of 2022. Fresh out of high school, Ryley has been learning the ropes around the trade and has a great leadership team to train him. Ryley is preparing to attend his first year of schooling in the new year. We look forward to watching Ryley grow and excel in the trade.
Taylor Rusaw came to work for Black Sheep in 2023 following the move to Delburne. Taylor has taken over the Sterling and is doing a fantastic job. While newer to the Heavy Equipment Industry, Taylor brings years of mechanical experience to the team from other industries. He has fit in well and continues to impress.
Brett White is our Resident Mechanic from the Spruce View area. He runs our newest unit, the Western Star. This fall Brett had the opportunity to travel to Vancouver Island for a job. He was out there supporting one of our customers while they crushed out some miles on a paving contract. Brett brings over 15 years experience in the industry to our team and is one of our most valuable trainers.
Randy Vangeytenbeek is a Journeyman Ag Technician. Randy has been local to the area for over 10 years and with that, brings over 10 years John Deere agriculture experience to our team. Randy has been working both on the road and in our shop. We are thrilled to have him on board.

Turns out, he is a natural on the tools and the other technicians liked having him around. Austin has recently bought a new home in Delburne and is just starting his apprenticeship. We are thrilled to have him on the team and look forward to seeing where this path will take him.
